Being part of AMS 360 Initiative has given me several opportunities like training which have helped me learn to be a solution to my community and being an agent of change to my society. It has also given me the chance to grow as a participant in AMS 360 Goals Plus platform, this has also developed my leadership skills. AMS 360 Initiative has given me the opportunity to showcase my potential to the world by engaging with different participants in sharing wisdom and insights. AMS 360 Initiative has also given me the opportunity to meet great coaches like Coach David Aruma, Coach Melvin Muna, Coach James Wanyira, Coach George Ndangoh Gabila from Cameroon. Ams has given me a platform to bulid online communities a skill I never had before joining AMS 360 Initiative. AMS 360 Initiative has an organization of impact has given me the opportunity to train as an aspiring coach where I will be able to impact my community with the knowledge and principles of value learnt from AMS 360 Initiatives. AMS 360 Initiative has inspired me to make my ideas a reality in that I have created my business called Eagle’s Snack and Fries, Kampala, Uganda. I have a picture of serving my community with quality snacks daily.

I have discovered how to address my challenges and overcome my struggles by finding clarity and purpose. This understanding drives me to create a meaningful impact on those around me.

My inspirations from most of AMS 360 Initiatives has been so helpful and impactful, having been supported with extensively trainings, also provided and extended your team with some services like documentations, printing and photocopying. This inspired me and opened my mind to the existing opportunities in the humanitarian world where I picked interest in writing business ideas and documents, project proposals for organizations, facilitating students write quality research and preparing of bids for companies. These services have helped several scholars, organizations and companies meets their respective needs with high level of satisfaction.

I never thought it would be possible for me to start a clothing business until I participated in one of the training sessions offered by AMS 360 Initiatives. It was truly life-changing. It can be incredibly frustrating when you feel stagnant in your Professional Growth. You send out countless job applications, only to receive rejection emails time and time again. It starts to feel like no matter how many qualifications you have, your CV just isn’t making the cut. That’s exactly where I was in 2023 stuck in a cycle of applying for jobs related to my degree in Social Sciences, but never hearing back.
