WORKAWEB began with a small circle of 6 to 10 people at Kyambogo University, Kampala, Uganda in August 2018. It has since grown to a network of a couple of a thousand people which in turn birthed platforms namely AMS 360 ForumS, Telegram, Premium CV Writings Uganda Groups, Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria, Cameroon, South Sudan, Gambia, South Africa, Burundi, Tanzania Groups and still counting. We believe the power of AMS is in our networks, more with shared interests and a desire to engage in monthly Sessions, Seminars, Conferences, and Boot Camps about Purpose, Innovations, Leadership, Career Goals, challenges, Models, Methodologies, Case Studies and Ideas that help us to better navigate and understand the space between career aspirations and social returns in long run.
